I got the white one today. Whoo-hoo! When I got it out of the envelope, I couldn't help but wonder if they had just sent me some sort of exotic species of snake. That thing is huge! The coils are oh-so-big! Just like Whirlwind's old "Cobra" cord. The cord was much longer and heavier than I had ever imagined. When I plugged it in, it was comparable to all the other cords, Monster cable included. I will soon be ordering more. See if you can also get one in Tan. That would go well with acoustic guitars, and would match the Arizona desert dust around here. I have a natural wood Fender Jazz bass that would look nice with a brown-ish color. I will have to try that see-through jobbie. Meanwhile, keep trying to get the gold or yellow one. They look soooooooo good with sunburst finished guitars...

I finally decided to go buy a Bullet cable (red). I have been using George L's for a long time and thought I would try something new. After plugging in, I was shocked that I could actually hear a difference. Long story short everything sounded better! Mind you I was still using George L's for patch cables, I couldn't believe the difference. I think my next purchase will be the DIY kit. Sorry Georege :(..

I have been playing guitar for almost 30 years now. I remember the curly cord from a long time ago. I always thought they sounded bad. A friend of mine got a Bullet Cable Coil Cable and when we were jamming together I noticed that his sound was really tight. I bought mine soon after. Not from this site, but from another site. It is a really great cable and I am giving it a 5 star. ..

So I received my Bullet coil cable (black/white) yesterday and plugged it into my pedal board and rig, played for about an hour, switched it out too my old quality cloth covered cable and definitely could hear a difference. The signal with the bullet coil is slightly thicker somehow, the highs are a little more crisp. I am pleasantly surprised, didn't expect there too be that much of a sonic difference. The quality seems to be way above that of my cloth cables which are a little more expensive, the connectors have a robust feel and quality mirrored finish, the cable itself is thick and the coils have a really strong spring too them so when you walk across the room (or stage) it stretches way out but then retracts completely like a big spring, ingenious!! Another thing is the cable is large and robust so it doesn't bunch up like an old phone cord or something... my first thought is you get more for your money with these. Not only do these sound better and seem to be of better quality, they look soooo cool with the massive coils, reminds me of the old school Hendrix footage I grew up idolizing, such a cool cable. Thanks, Dan..
